How do I pay?up
There are two ways to pay: PayPal and Translate2Chinese Account.
What is PayPal?up
Paypal is the safest, easiest way to pay and get paid online. It allows anyone from over 190 countries and regions to pay online using the payment method they prefer, including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and Amex), bank accounts, buyer credit or account balances, without sharing financial information.
Can I pay in installments?up
We do not recommend paying in installments, the reasons behind this are such as: It will disturb the flow of the translation process.

Each time the related translator has finished the paid part of the file, he has to wait for the confirmation of the next payment before he can continue working. Meanwhile, delays in bank transfers and any other of money transfer are quite common, delays in transfers will mean delays in work, and obviously a single payment would cause smaller risk of such delays.

If you order for the first time, you can excerpt a part from your manuscript (less than 800 words), and choose "Enter Text" in Order page to enjoy our translation service.
How can I use Translate2Chinese Account? up
Translate2Chinese Account is your transaction account. If you deposit money in this account in advance, the payment and refund operation will be convenient. Please click Recharge My Account to deposit.
Would my translation be delivered on time? up
Yes, definitely. After many years of cooperation with our returning customers we strongly believe that timely delivery of order is often the most important factor for those whom take advantage of using our translation service. Failure to deliver the translation work on time often leads to serious academic problems and in some cases may even result in expulsion. Consequently, our company is one of those few translation services which adopt exceptionally serious attitude toward deadlines. We implement a system of credits and fines to assess and improve credibility of each translator employed with our company. This system helps effectively manage timely the delivery of orders and reduce the probability of failure to respect the deadline to minimum.
What would happen if I want a revise or refund?up
First of all, we apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. We will try to prevent these things from happening again. If one of the completed translations, by any chance, does not meet your requirements, we could promise that we will revise the translation free of charge.

If you want a refund, please offer the causes. After achieving consensus through consultation, we will refund part of the amount paid for that translation, even full amount.
